People Places Spaces

Two great Hockey summer camps were held on Mon 20th - Wed 22nd August 2012 (Juniors 6 - 13s) and Thurs 24th and Fri 25th August 2012 (Seniors 14 - 17s). Courses were led by experienced coach Ronnie Smyth, and assisted by a number of younger coaches and international players on the excellent 2G Hockey pitches at Grosvenor Grammar School.

New skills, strategies, fitness and friendships were developed over the week, as each group were put through their paces by the talented team of coaches.

"The facilities at Grosvenor are excellent for such a course with indoor facilities close at hand in the event of inclement weather.

 

The staff were superb and did everything possible to make us feel at home. It is hoped to make these courses an annual event at Grosvenor each summer."  (Ronnie Smyth)

Ronnie and the team of coaches will be at Grosvenor thorughout the year when Annadale Hockey Club organise a Junior Club training programme every Monday night, 6:30-7:30pm, during the hockey season for Boys aged 7 to 15.
